Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) is an umbrella term for different therapeutic approaches and REBT (Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy), the therapy I am specialized in, is the first ever therapy in the CBT tradition. 

Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) is a talking therapy that can help you manage your problems by changing the way you think and behave. It cannot remove your problems, but can help you accept them and manage them in a more balanced way.

REBT focuses on the rigid demands we place on ourselves, other people and the world & explores the impact this rigid way of thinking has on our lives.

A few CBT sessions will help you understand why you feel and behave the way you do. CBT is a time-limited therapy and often within 6-8 sessions you will see significant results.
